Jorge is a General Partner and Head of Eos Credit. He brings over 17 years of investing experience across insurance and private credit, with an expertise in originating and structuring complex capital solutions for insurance and financial services businesses.

Prior to joining Eos, Jorge was a Partner at 26North and at a private family office, where he led private equity investments across insurance carriers, insurance brokers, and credit origination platforms.

Earlier in his career, Jorge worked in Leveraged Finance as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan and GE Capital.

Jorge holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
